Hi, I'm looking for anyone who attended Saint Therese grammar school in Paterson's Eastside section between the years 1959 - 1967. I lived in Paterson from the mid-50s to 1967 at which time I moved to Wayne, NJ. While livinig in Paterson my residence was 362 E. 32 ST between Park and 17th Avenues. I also had friends that attended PS #20. Let me hear from you fellow "eastsiders!"

I knew a girl named "Gloria Palmerie", did you know her. She went to Eastside around the early 60's. Also what did you think of the movie "LEAN ON ME" that was based on Eastside High School? JOJO

Hi JoJo--No, sorry don't recognize the name. I went to St. Therese grade school-K-8th-graduated (when one completes the eight grade in Catholic school they have a regular graduation - cap and gown - ceremony!) in 1967. We moved to Wayne, NJ and I went to Wayne Valley High School on Valley Rd. Did not go to Eastside Hight; however, my dad and mom did attend Eastside (Class of '47). Lean on Me -- yes, I saw and thought it was a good movie (I like Morgan Freeman)--not sure if Morgan really captured the true Joe Clark but I enjoyed the movie just the same. Regards, Paul

I knew Gloria Palmerie she lived in Riverside off Third Ave. Possibly on 23rd Street. Her brother John was a friend of mine

Hey Paul - I attended P.S. 20 from 1960 to 1966, then moving to Bloomingdale. My cousin Adele Romeo attended St. Therese's somewhere in the mid 60's. We lived on the corner of E.33rd. and 18th Ave. My best friend Kim Keraitis lived on E. 32nd.
